Thomasine is a life-long resident of Ulster County. She currently resides in Saugerties. When not working in her Real Estate business, she enjoys traveling, walking on the beach and her Goldendoodle pup.

She has been a member of The Ulster County Board of Realtors, director for the Board of Realtors and has been a Director on the MLS Board. Scott is a life-long resident of Ulster County. He is a Broker Associate with Helsmoortel Realty and has also earned a designation as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) He has over a decade of experience in the Real Estate business. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. As a perennial recipient of an “Ulster County Board of Realtors Top Producer Award” his track record in representing buyers & sellers in Real Estate speaks for itself. He is also duly licensed as a New York State Insurance Broker with Helsmoortel Insurance. Scott is a member of the Saugerties Kiwanis Club and is one of a handful of volunteer directors that plan and execute the famous Hudson Valley Garlic Festival. He is a resident of West Saugerties and enjoys traveling.

Terri is a life-long resident of Ulster County and has been a Real Estate Salesperson with the Helsmoortel team for over 15 years. In addition to her career in real estate, she has over 40 years of administrative experience in the business community in many fields including retail, banking, office management, event planning, alternative energy, and the solar energy industry. She has used her interpersonal and organizational skills in all of these fields.

Tammy is a Real Estate Salesperson member of the Ulster County Board of Realtors. A graduate of Siena College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She works with buyers, sellers, and investors in the beautiful Hudson Valley, offering quality service and ensuring great experiences for every client she represents.

Prior to entering real estate, she worked in financial management for the General Electric Company, and earned a mathematics teacher certification, tutoring students for over 15 years. Tammy originally grew up in Saugerties, and has purchased and sold homes in upstate New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and operated a successful Airbnb property. Leveraging her experience, she will provide outstanding client service, integrity, professionalism, and 24/7 availability.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys the outdoors, physical fitness, and live music. She is a firm believer in giving back and participates in the Walk to End Alzheimer's, allowing the Alzheimer's Association to provide care and support while accelerating critical research.
